Course Description

Practical 12-week digital marketing course in Pakistan: SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Business Profile and e-commerce. Abbottabad campus or online.

The Advanced Digital Marketing Course at Professional Skills and Tech Academy (PSTA) teaches you how to bring customers to a business through Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and email. It runs for 12 weeks on our campus in Abbottabad and online for students anywhere in Pakistan. You start with the basics of marketing and finish with a project you can show to a client or an employer.

Digital marketing is often taught one channel at a time, and students leave without knowing how the pieces fit. This course follows the path a real customer takes. They find a business through search or social media, land on a website or online store, and get a reply on WhatsApp or email before they buy. You learn each step on the actual tools, then join them into one working funnel.

What does this digital marketing course cover?

It covers marketing funnels and content, website creation with WordPress and Wix, SEO and local SEO, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube marketing, Meta Ads and Google Ads, e-commerce store creation on OnePlace, WhatsApp and email marketing, and freelancing on Fiverr and Upwork. Topics are taught hands-on, including real ad campaigns, and the course ends with a final project.

Digital marketing course in Pakistan: what the 12 weeks cover

Foundations: funnels, communication and audiences

You begin with how marketing works before you touch a tool. That means the difference between traditional and digital marketing, how communication changes from channel to channel, and the PESO model of paid, earned, shared and owned media. Then comes the marketing funnel: what a customer needs to see at the top, the middle and the bottom of it, and which kind of content fits each stage. You also study audience psychology, so your ads are built for one specific buyer and not for everyone.

Content, design and your own website

Every channel depends on content, so you write and design it: blog posts, product descriptions, captions and ad copy, plus graphics and simple animated videos in Canva. You learn where to find free images, video and audio, how to plan a month of posts in a social media calendar, and how AI tools like ChatGPT can speed up a first draft without replacing your own editing. Then you build a full business website with WordPress and Wix, with no coding, and learn how a CMS works so you can update it yourself.

SEO and Google Business Profile

SEO is taught in four parts: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical optimization and off-page work. You then use it for local search, which is where small local businesses often win their first customers. You set up a Google Business Profile, choose categories, add services, photos and posts, collect reviews, and learn what helps a business show up in Google Maps and "near me" searches.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube

Facebook gets the most class time, since the same Meta tools run ads on Facebook and Instagram. You set up personal profiles, business pages, groups and Messenger, read reach, impressions and engagement numbers, and learn what lifts organic reach: content quality, hashtags, posting time, a clear call to action and consistency. Instagram covers business accounts, insights and linking with Facebook. LinkedIn covers a professional profile, company pages, events, groups and finding organic leads. On YouTube you create a channel, upload videos, optimize them with YouTube SEO and TubeBuddy, read analytics and see how monetization works.

Paid ads on Meta and Google

On Meta you work inside Business Suite and Ads Manager. You choose a campaign objective, run traffic and lead generation campaigns, install the Meta Pixel, build custom and lookalike audiences, and set up conversion, retargeting and catalog ads. The Ads Library and creative reports show you what is working for other advertisers. On Google Ads you learn the difference between Google Ads and AdSense, and how the auction works: ad rank starts with your maximum bid multiplied by your Quality Score. You see what broad, phrase and exact match do to your keywords, how to write ad copy and A/B test it, and why the landing page decides whether a click turns into a customer. Display ads, banner sizes, responsive display ads and remarketing are included.

E-commerce, WhatsApp and email

You create an e-commerce store on OnePlace and load it with products. You also set up a Facebook Shop and connect its catalog to your ads. To handle the leads that come in, you learn WhatsApp marketing and automation tools. For customers who have already bought, you build email marketing automation with Mailchimp and Kit (formerly ConvertKit).

Freelancing and the final project

The last stretch is about getting paid. You learn how to search for jobs on Fiverr and Upwork, write a pitch that gets read, and use LinkedIn to find leads. You build a portfolio from the work you produced in class, and the course closes with a final project and your certificate.

Who is this course for?

It suits students who want a skill that pays before they finish university, job seekers applying for social media, SEO or ads roles, and freelancers who want to sell services on Fiverr and Upwork. It also suits business owners who are paying an agency without understanding the results, online sellers who need traffic, and marketing professionals who know one channel well and want to add the rest. You do not need marketing experience. You do need a computer or laptop and a stable internet connection.
