Enrollment and admission

Admission to PSTA depends on meeting the requirements of your chosen course and on the seats available. All students, online and on campus, must complete the official enrollment process and give accurate, truthful documents.

Fees and payment

Tuition and other fees must be paid according to the schedule given at admission. The current fees are on our fee list.

Refund policy: All fees paid to PSTA, including admission and tuition fees, are strictly non-refundable once the payment has been processed. This applies in all circumstances, including student withdrawal or dismissal.

Late payment may result in a penalty fee. Approved installment plans are subject to an administrative charge and must be followed strictly.

Code of conduct

All students are expected to keep our learning environment respectful, honest and professional. Academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating, and disruptive behavior will lead to disciplinary action, which may include expulsion.

Batches, timings and changes

Class timings and batch start dates are confirmed at admission. If you need to move to another batch or timing, ask the administration office. Changes depend on seats being available. PSTA may combine, reschedule or move a batch, and will tell students in advance.

Attendance and coursework

Regular attendance, on campus or in live online classes, is expected. Please inform your teacher or the office if you will miss classes. Long absences or unfinished coursework may delay your certificate.

Certificates

A certificate is issued when you complete the course requirements set by your teacher, including any assignments, projects or assessments, and when your fees are fully paid. Every certificate can be verified online on our certificate verification page.

Online classes

Online students need a working device and internet connection. Recordings or class materials, where provided, are for your own study only and must not be shared.

Intellectual property

All course materials, including lectures, notes, videos and software provided by PSTA, are the intellectual property of the academy. Reproducing, distributing or sharing them without permission is strictly prohibited.

Changes to these terms

PSTA may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
