Professional Skills & Tech Academy ("PSTA", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it and how we protect it, for students on our Abbottabad campus, online students across Pakistan and visitors to this website.

Information we collect

Personal details: name, father's name, CNIC or B-Form if you give it, email address, phone number, date of birth, address and photo, collected in admission and contact forms.
Academic information: your courses, batches, attendance, assignments, exam results and certificates.
Payment records: fee amounts, payment dates and installment records. We do not store card numbers.
Exam monitoring: if an online exam uses proctoring, we may keep webcam snapshots and activity records for that exam, as the exam explains before you start.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.

How we use your information

To process your admission and manage your enrollment.
To teach you, track your progress and issue your certificate.
To keep fee records.
To send you notices and, if you have subscribed, news about our courses. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To keep the website secure and improve it.

Cookies, analytics and advertising tools

This website uses cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We also use these third-party services:

Google Analytics 4 to measure how the website is used.
Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you submit a form, details such as your email address or phone number may be sent to Meta in hashed form to match ad results.
TikTok Pixel, when enabled, to measure our TikTok ads.
Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam. It is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms.
Cloudflare to deliver and protect this website.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may then stop working.

WhatsApp messages

If you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are stored so our team can reply. Some replies may be written automatically by an AI service (Google Gemini), which receives the text of the conversation to do so.

Who can see your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Only staff who need it can see it, and we share it with service providers (such as our hosting, email and messaging services) only as needed to run the academy, or when the law requires it.

When an employer or anyone else checks a certificate on our verification page, they see the student's name, course, certificate serial number and issue date. Photos on our website are used only with the student's permission. To have a photo removed, contact us.

Keeping your information safe

We use HTTPS, restricted staff access and other security measures to protect your information. No website can be completely secure, so please keep your password private.
